    Compu Dynamics sits in the heart of one of the fastest growing data center markets in the country and is a recognized leader in that business. We are excited to be growing and have an immediate need for a Project Manager in Dallas, Texas.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Communicates and follows up with clients about specific projects, their goals, and deliverables
    2. Negotiates contract agreements
    3. Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses
    4. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
    5. Works closely with Sales in market to develop deeper relationships with our clients and partners.
    6. Manages all aspects of the project using Procore.
    7. Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to client's concerns or questions.
    8. Coordinates with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need
    9. Communicates with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients
    10. Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship
    11. Drives throughout service area while following all local laws
    12. Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

    Required Education and Experience:

    1. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience;
    2. 3-5 years of experience in Project Management

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    1. Bachelor's degree or Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science or Architecture field
    2. Construction experience
    3. SCIF Construction experience a plus
    4. Commercial general contractor experience
    5. PMP Certification
    6. Active Security Clearance a plus

    Compu Dynamics Pay Range$95,000—$125,000 USD

    Compu Dynamics offers a comprehensive benefits package to include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%, various voluntary benefits, Employer paid life insurance, 7 Holidays, paid Parental Leave, Volunteer Time Off, up to 4 weeks PTO after 60 days and you get your birthday off
