- Efficiently merges the responsibilities of a portfolio manager (identifying and prioritizing Premium Engagement Services with clients) and a service delivery manager (ensuring the successful delivery of contracted Premium Engagement Services).
- With over 10 years of experience as an SAP Service Delivery Manager, accountable for overseeing both the management and provision of SAP services to clients in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Overseeing the complete SAP Service management process (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management).
- Familiarity with ITIL setups and extensive involvement in ASM projects.
- Proficient in SAP RUN and Agile delivery approaches.
- Background in operating within an onshore-offshore model, adept at team formation and enhancing the SAP support team.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen and proficient in managing and enhancing intricate contracts.
- Prior experience in an SAP Functional role (SAP Finance or SAP SCM) is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid business insight, adept presentation skills, ability to think creatively and innovatively, deep cultural appreciation, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Capable of constructing trust-based relationships and robust networks within customer IT/Business and the SAP Ecosystem.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities and a commendable work ethic are essential.
