    Responsibilities:

    • Work with business stakeholders to provide them the ability to make decisions and gain insights through data visualization and reporting. This would include requirements gathering, iterations, visualization best-practices, design, deployment, and on-going enhancements.
    • Design, develop and implement solution related to transforming and manipulating data.
    • Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently. Should have excellent communication.
    • Work closely with the Client and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans.
    • Identify and understand client requirements, issues, and gaps in technical implementations, and recommend Data Governance solutions to meet their immediate and long-term needs.
    • Responsible to coordinate, conduct & manage requirements workshops, SIT, business UAT & feedback sessions with client business and IT teams.
    • Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business problems, and their data/technical landscape & recommend data-driven solutions. Then work with clients to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, lead implementation, alignment of solutions to client needs and customer satisfaction.
    • Define and maintain data definitions, descriptions, set values, quality rules, and calculations.
    • Work with offshore team to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholders.
    • Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality.
    • Writing Scripts using python, SQL, etc. independently
    • Analysis on pharma data sources such as IQVIA (Plantrak, FIA, DDD etc) and MMIT
    Requirements
    • 10+ year of experience in a BI or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting role.
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks
    • Knowledge of other Business intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI
    • Experience and knowledge with Data Warehouse ETL process.
    • Experience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
    • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience in SQL scripts
    • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed new data in business processes.

    • U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
