- Process and post all accounts payable invoices daily, seeking approvals and addressing any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Manage freight charges for carriers like FEDEX, UPS, and DHL, reconciling carrier reports with internal shipment data and resolving discrepancies.
- Review and handle un-invoiced receiving and open receivers' transactions weekly.
- Execute credit memos, adjustments, journal entries, and record commission charges.
- Ensure timely processing of COD payments and maintain the Accounts Payable folder.
- Prepare COA reports, analyze vendor statements weekly, and handle wire initiation for purchase order payments.
- Process GS deductions, handle mail, and assist in data entry and backup AP management.
- Adhere to company code of conduct and relevant regulatory standards.
- Perform other necessary duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable.
- Experience in processing high-volume invoices and comparing purchase orders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze reports and comply with relevant standards and policies.
