- Process accounts and incoming payments following financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Clerk to investigate discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Facilitate payment of invoices and provide necessary documentation for consultant contracts.
- Oversee the processing of monthly invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain organized financial records.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of expense accounts and compliance issues.
- Ability to perform quantitative analysis.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Based in Brooklyn Heights Office, NY.
