    About the Job

    We are seeking an innovative and experienced Content Specialist to join our marketing team at Cirrus. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and driving our brand forward through sophisticated content creation and powerful social media campaigns. As a key player on our team, you will harness your expertise in SEO, digital analytics, and social media strategy to craft compelling content that captivates and converts audiences across various digital platforms.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop, write, and edit content assets (emails, web pages, social posts, videos, webinars, ROI calculators) to attract, engage, and convert prospects
    • Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and thought leadership, engagement, and leads
    • Manage customer reference program and collaborate with the marketing team to create customer success stories
    • Create and manage ongoing email marketing campaigns
    • Help define Cirrus' SEO strategy through ongoing keyword and competitive research
    • Own social media and content calendar and monitor/report on results
    • Utilize AI tools to provide scale for content creation
    • Work with the designer to build new web pages and content assets
    • Measure, analyze, and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI on a weekly & monthly basis.

    Requirements

    • Tech/SaaS industry experience preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and social content creation and strategy; tactics and trends; and knowledge of best practices
    • Understanding of SEO and digital performance metrics
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Outstanding written communication skills with published online content
    • High attention to detail and focus on quality output
    • Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented and enthusiastic approach
    • Adaptive, effective communication and interpersonal skills with those of diverse organizational levels and backgrounds
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including with key stakeholders from other departments
