Description
Responsibilities of the Multimedia Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create content that aligns with the organization's goals and brand identity.
- Shoot video, edit and enhance content using Adobe Premiere and other video editing software.
- Capture highquality photography, edit using Adobe Photoshop and other photography editing software.
- Create and develop engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for various communication channels, including social media, websites, and print products.
- Create compelling visual and audio content, including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive presentations.
- Produce interactive content for social media outlets including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Manage multimedia projects from conception to completion, including planning, production, and postproduction tasks.
- Ensure all multimedia content is optimized for various channels and devices, including web, social media, and mobile platforms.
- Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure multimedia assets meet technical specifications and user experience requirements.
- Assist with live event coverage, including capturing photos and videos, conducting interviews, and producing realtime content.
- Assist in updating the organization's websites.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in visual communication.
- And any other responsibilities that may arise in the course of employment.
Skills required of the Multimedia Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to capture and edit Photography and Videography
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- PC & Mac Proficient
- Strong understanding and familiarity with today's multimedia and modern technology
- Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Relationships
- Reports directly to the Marketing Director.
- Works closely with the President and all on site administrative personnel.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with colleagues in other departments within the Company.
- Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and all others serving the company.
Education & Experience
- Requires a fouryear college degree with emphasis on marketing and/or multimedia production.
- Experience in photography, video production, graphic design, and related fields.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the Eastern United States
Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year
