The BG Verkehr is the statutory accident insurance for the transport industry, postal and logistics services, and telecommunications. We insure around 1.7 million people. We provide advice on prevention in member companies and ensure treatment, rehabilitation, and compensation for our insured persons after work accidents and occupational diseases.

Our Prevention department is looking for you as a Project Management and Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) at our location in Hamburg.

Your future tasks:

• Advising, supporting, and assisting in project work and project management
• Participating in projects and campaigns, including documenting project activities
• Developing and optimizing single and multi-project management, as well as related processes, tools, and training
• Advising and supporting in the implementation of procurement procedures and developing tender contents
• Coordinating, documenting, and processing procurements

What you bring:

• Completed university degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in one of the following areas: administrative management, public management, natural or social sciences, or comparable fields
• Extensive experience in project management and in-depth knowledge of procurement law
• Relevant experience with databases and MS Office programs
• Communication, cooperation
