    Description

    LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to support our client's growing team in Beachwood, OH ( Hybrid : 3 days in office, two days remote).


    Competitive pay:
    $25-$33/hour

    Work a full-time schedule as a W2 Contractor
    Be the legal department's right hand: Manage contracts, entity data & more

    Tech skills a must:
    Master MS Office, legal software & learn new tools quickly

    Strong organizational skills:
    Keep track of projects, documents & deadlines


    Responsibilities:
    Manage legal matters, contracts & entity formations
    Maintain meticulous records & ensure data accuracy
    Assist with budgeting & outside counsel spend
    Organize & schedule for the legal team
    Prepare presentations, reports & meeting minutes
    Manage document workflow & legal databases


    Qualifications:
    ~3+ years of experience with Entity Formations
    ~3+ years of experience with Corporate Governance
    ~3+ years of experience with Contract Management
    ~3+ years of US legal assistant experience (in-house and/or law firm)
    ~ Paralegal Certificate or Degree preferred, but not required
    ~ Previous in-house experience with consumer product manufacturing is ideal
    ~ Detail-oriented & organized with a can-do attitude
    ~ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    ~ Proficient in MS Office, Contract & Entity Management Software, & eager to learn new tech

    This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

    Pay Details:
    $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
