Marketing Localization Coordinator (M/F/d) to join our team.

SUMMARY:


The Marketing Localization Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the localization and translation projects for our various product, sales, marketing, and support materials.

This role will involve working closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of localized content.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinate localization and translation projects from start to finish, including scheduling translators, supervising and tracking production schedules, and managing translation quality and delivery.
  • Maintain uptodate style guides and glossaries.
  • Proofread texts from English into your native language (if applicable).
  • Assist with other marketing projects as needed.
  • Support the Senior Director of Marketing and Communication with documentation and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience, preferably in marketing. Experience in science or consumer goods is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (localization, business, linguistics). Previous experience in localization coordination or a similar role is preferred.
