To support our employees in helping even more people hear, we need you We are currently looking for a
Receptionist/ Office Assistant (
m/w/d) to join our team in Hannover.
You will welcome and assist international guests, service providers, and of course, our employees, and ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.
Your colleagues know they can turn to you for any office-related questions and you will take care of their needs.
Your responsibilities:
- You are the face of our office, always with a smile on your face, and provide a warm welcome and assistance to our guests, customers, and employees
- You handle incoming calls, mail, and packages, as well as other forms of communication, including with international guests
- You also take care of office and consumable supplies, ordering everything a modern office needs
- In communication with other departments, you always keep an overview, share relevant information, and support the smooth operation of the business
- You also assist in organizing and executing events
