The Legal & Compliance department advises the entire opta data group on all legal issues relevant to the company and the group. The employees accompany projects, create and review contracts, and advise the different business areas as well as the management on all legal matters.

What to expect:

As the central contact person for contract documents, you will be responsible for creating contract templates for opta data Finance and potentially other group companies in the future
You will accompany the process of contract changes from idea to customer communication and follow-up
You will act as the interface between the responsible departments and bring together the different requirements for contract templates and implement them graphically
You will be responsible for the central management of contract documents

Who you are:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, are a legal and notarial assistant, or have a comparable education, preferably with relevant additional qualifications (university degree)
Your highly structured and independent way of working, as well as your high level of initiative and organizational skills, set you apart
With your communication skills, you can easily engage in conversations with different people and convince or mediate
You have a basic understanding of legal relationships or are willing to acquire them
