    Job Description:
    ROE Dental Laboratory is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team.

    The CFO will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and strategic direction to support our multi-site, multi-company organization.

    The ideal candidate will have significant experience in manufacturing finance.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and maximize profitability.
    Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
    Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial decisions, investment opportunities, and risk management.
    Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies across the organization.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, including GAAP principles.
    Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational processes and streamline financial workflows.
    Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a manufacturing environment
    Strong understanding of manufacturing finance principles and processes.
    Proficiency in Dynamics accounting software is highly desirable.
    Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.
    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
