As the primary point of contact for presenting comprehensive treatment plans, facilitating patient acceptance and coordinating our surgical schedule, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive the care they need to maintain healthy smiles.
Responsibilities:
- Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients and effectively communicate the benefits and importance of recommended procedures.
- Facilitate patient acceptance of treatment plans by addressing any questions or concerns and providing information about treatment costs and financing options.
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and followup appointments to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans and financial arrangements.
- Manage coordination and communication of all steps of care to ensure treatment plans align with patients' oral health goals and clinical recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and educate patients about their oral health needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple patient cases effectively.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others achieve optimal oral health.
