    About the role

    Person will identify and develop opportunities to strengthen and expand RoundGlass client base, driving revenue by identifying prospects, and long-term partnerships. The individual has to set a strategic business development plan for target markets and define Go-To-Market, working with Product and Marketing teams to enable the adoption and engagement of solutions through growth hacks and low-cost solutions.

    This role is also focused on cultivating the alliance relationship and execution across RoundGlass products and solutions in the wellbeing space. The individual will be required to formulate a partnership strategy and execute global partner programs in India by identifying, onboarding, enabling, and managing partners throughout their lifecycle.

    The Leader will be overseeing the Customer Service and Support teams to provide the greatest level of customer satisfaction & move support from current disparate ways to a simple automated tech support center, continually measuring and evaluating all work processes by adopting/introducing cutting-edge improvement methods used during the past experiences.

    What youll do

    • Own the annual sales and revenue goal for their assigned team.
    • Hire, train and retain a high-performance team of Sales Reps
    • Coach and mentor, their team on Sales best practices, sales cycle efficiency and client management
    • Work with Sales leadership, marketing and the team to create and expand the sales pipeline.
    • Be actively involved and engaged with key client accounts stakeholders.
    • Stay abreast with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance the company's competitive advantage.
    • Work closely with customers to ensure they are successful using RG products and taking regular feedback on product features and improvements, sharing the feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product improvement and efficiency.
    • Partner with Legal team to ensure client contracting process works smoothly, thereby safeguarding company interests while also minimizing delays in new deal finalization.
    • Work with Finance team for a timely and accurate client invoicing and collections process.
    • Maintain sales MIS and analytics that enable actionable intelligence.

    Skills & Qualifications

    MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in business development

    Good networking and understanding of Enterprise sales, B2B relationship management and consultative selling.

    Experience and familiarity with healthcare tech or employee wellbeing solutions space will be a plus.

    Should have impeccable communication (verbal, listening, writing) & presentation skills.

    Strong customer development and relationship management skills

    Strong analytical, and interpersonal skills

    Self-starter/self-reliant, motivated individual, willing to take up challenges, learn and develop.
