This minority and family-owned business has been supplying Fortune 500 companies with marketing products for over 30 years in the Pacific Northwest.

They are looking to bring on a Sales Manager to help guide and grow a passionate sales team.

As the Sales Manager you will:

Develop a long-term strategic plan for the sales team
Ensure team members are meeting all of their targets
Train and develop sales team
Generate accurate reporting for sales team
Work cross-functionally with various internal teams
Build and maintain key client relationships

Schedule:
Monday-Friday.

8am-5pm (flexible on start time)

Pay:
$120,000 - $150,000

Ideal candidates will possess:

5 years experience in inside sales or sales management
CRM experience - Hubspot preferred
A bachelor's degree
Strong relationship building skills
A passion for meeting and exceeding goals
