    The role of Paid Search Manager

    We are looking for a talented and experienced Paid Search Manager to join us at Realtime Agency a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency. Reporting to our Head of Search, you will be working on some of our key accounts, where youll be responsible for building and implementing state-of-the-art paid search strategies. You will be at the forefront of our creative services offering, driving innovation and overseeing the production of cutting-edge

    digital advertising content. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure our creative outputs not only meet our clients needs, but also drive measurable performance.

    You will Be Awesome at designing and executing innovative search campaigns, with strong analytical skills and proven experience delivering results that exceed client expectations.

    You will need to be curious and not afraid to push the boundaries while thinking of the big picture; someone who can deep dive into the details through proactivity, eagerness, and self-motivation.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
    • Manage client communications across key accounts, and effectively present the current campaign performance and strategic vision at regular client meetings.
    • Drive new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns including (but not limited to) account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization.
    • Work closely with the reporting team to drive data-backed innovation and
    • strategy.
    • Collaborate closely with other channel teams (such as social and programmatic teams) tO create unified, best-in-class, cross-channel campaigns.
    • Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
    • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.

    Our ideal candidate:

    • 3+ years of paid search advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
    • Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
    • Proven track record of success with search advertising campaigns.
    • Mobile experience is beneficial.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
    • Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging, Google
    • Analytics,).
    • Ad platform certifications.
    • Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
    • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning continually investigating new opportunities and tactics, ensuring fresh thinking is brought to the table, creating bespoke strategies for your client, and identifying solutions to meet their needs so you can take them to new levels of growth beyond their expectations.

    Compensation & Benefits package

    • For this role, we are offering the successful candidate a salary of $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE) per annum, plus a 10% bonus according to our performance bonus scheme.
    • This is paid quarterly, which in laymans terms means that the total annual bonus is divided by four, and paid at each quarter.
