Ernest is currently in search of a
Marketing Communications Coordinator for our corporate office located in Commerce, CA.

This is a full-time position that offers benefits along with an opportunity to grow with an exceptional culture driven company.

Position overview:


  • Provides administrative and secretarial support for the Marketing Communications Manager along with our Sr. executive team.
  • Answers nonroutine correspondence and compiles highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Provides assistance with the design and creation of various marketing pieces
  • Typing, filing, scheduling, ordering of supplies
  • Keeping and recording of financial records
  • Coordination of lunch meetings and video conferences
  • Assistance with special projects
  • Answers nonroutine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Interacts with a diverse group ranging from important external callers along with visitors and internal contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Responsible for the coordination of new hire onboarding supplies
  • Various miscellaneous jobs assigned by the executive team along with company errands

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of administrative assistant / executive assistant experience
  • Degree is preferred but will consider relevant experience
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus

Pay Range:
$19-$24/hour

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
