    We are looking for a talented and experienced

    Paid Search Manager

    to join us at Realtime Agency – a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency.

    Reporting to our Head of Search, you will be working on some of our key accounts, where you'll be responsible for building and implementing state-of-the-art paid search strategies.

    You will be at the forefront of our creative services offering, driving innovation and overseeing the production of cutting-edge
    digital advertising content.

    This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure our creative outputs not only meet our clients' needs, but also drive measurable performance.

    as a Paid Search Manager – you will demonstrate kindness, integrity, and respect for your clients and your colleagues; taking pride in your work, and collaborating in a kind and respectful way with others.


    Key responsibilities:
    Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.

    Manage client communications across key accounts, and effectively present the current campaign performance and strategic vision at regular client meetings.

    Drive new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns including (but not limited to) account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization.

    Work closely with the reporting team to drive data-backed innovation and
    strategy.
    Collaborate closely with other channel teams (such as social and programmatic teams) tO create unified, best-in-class, cross-channel campaigns.
    Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.

    Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.


    Our ideal candidate:
    3+ years of paid search advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
    Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
    Proven track record of success with search advertising campaigns.
    Mobile experience is beneficial.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
    Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging, Google
    Analytics,).
    Ad platform certifications.
    Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
    Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Compensation & Benefits package

    For this role, we are offering the successful candidate a salary of $70,000 - $90,000 (DOE) per annum, plus a 10% bonus according to our performance bonus scheme.

    This is paid quarterly, which in laymans terms means that the total annual bonus is divided by four, and paid at each quarter.
