- Develop and execute a content strategy that enhances visibility and engagement across all owned media platforms such as websites, blogs, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with PR agency to amplify content reach and influence through earned media, including press releases, feature articles, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor analytics and measure the effectiveness of content, using data insights to optimize future content strategies and distribution.
- Lead SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic by optimizing content with relevant keywords, meta tags, linking strategies, and content updates.
- Work closely to ensure that all content is search engine friendly and aligned with the latest SEO guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and collaborate with technical teams to implement on-site SEO improvements.
- Oversee the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize social media management tools to streamline processes, monitor social trends, and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Help manage agency resources and provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a unified brand voice and message across all channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in content marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of content marketing tactics, digital marketing, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and social media management software.

Shelton Capital Management offers a competitive base salary based on experience in the range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually. Total compensation package will include base salary, annual bonus potential, paid time off, employer matched 401k, plus the option for 100% paid healthcare, dental and vision benefits.
