What you will be doing:

The position will be based in MidAtlantic Distribution Center

  • Denver, Pennsylvania.
  • Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals with a competitive spirit driven to meet and surpass all ACI replenishment key metrics.
  • Maintaining and building positive relationships with multiple business partners across the enterprise to include Distribution Center, Replenishment Teams, National Replenishment and Merchandise Leaders.
  • Support retail and customer needs through proper management of code dates to ensure the freshest product is available daily.
  • Monitor store orders daily, adjust forecasts as needed, create purchase orders, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Review code date reports daily to provide optimal turns and schedule buys accordingly. Proactively plan, communicate, and anticipate procurement and inventory management opportunities such as late trucks, excess inventory, forced store distributions (firm orders), etc.

Main responsibilities:


  • Drive for fill rate goals and optimum instock conditions across all items and vendors assigned.
  • Manage and maintain required inventory levels to include turns and daysonhand goals.
  • Review code date reports daily to provide optimal turns and schedule buys accordingly.
  • Review and adjust forecasts daily to mirror trends, events, and seasonality.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Merchandising Teams for alignment with forecasting and buying.

What we are searching for:


  • Robust organizational and analytical expertise
  • Ability to work collegially in a fastpaced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines between retail partners, suppliers, and distribution/warehousing.
  • Strong aptitude with planning, forecasting and procurement data, and information systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Management Certificate or equivalent experience required.
  • Understanding of commodity and fresh protein markets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office programs
