    Description
    Insight Global is seeking an Application Development Manager to support a large healthcare client headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. This manager will be responsible for managing a team of 7 developers. This manager will leverage Agile/Scrum framework and toolsets to track and manage teammate performance.

    This position is 50% management including:
    teammate career development, managing teammate annual review process/compensation, and creating/maintaining teammate job descriptions.

    This role will also be 50% delivery with responsibilities like maintaining the standard qualities of code and coming up with creative ways to drive efficiency.

    This manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to hit the ground running in this position.
