Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations and ensure the highest quality of baked goods and customer service.

The Bakery Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, leading a team, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating catering orders.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily bakery operations, including production, inventory control, and quality assurance
  • Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of taste, appearance, and freshness
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs and addressing any concerns or inquiries
  • Train and supervise bakery staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing guidance
  • Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase bakery revenue
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop new products and improve existing recipes
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a bakery management role or similar position within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including production processes, food handling, and inventory management
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results
  • Experience with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required
  • Culinary background or certification is a plus

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
