The Senior Executive Operations Manager is a thought partner and trusted advisor to our President & CEO. A strategic doer and creative problem solver that provides support and oversight for our leaders. Your proposed solutions for Findorff's leaders align with legal and compliance requirements, as well as company vision and values.
Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and manage Executive Operations team; oversee engagement, training, and development for department
Delegate tasks to Executive Operations team, streamline priorities, and determine ROI for meetings and engagements using KPIs
Lead priority initiatives for the President & CEO
Coordinate meetings:
send out calendar invites, prepare agendas, set pre-work expectations, track attendance, manage action items and prepare follow up documents
Provide schedule management and administrative support to ensure that leaders' resources are efficiently devoted to key strategic priorities
Manage the mentorship of future leaders with c-suite leadership
Participate in meetings on behalf of leader, representing strategic priorities, document conversations, and formulate post meeting action items
Actively engage in organization-level and strategic leadership meetings and communication
Prepare remarks, copy draft, internal and external communications
Keep a pulse on company culture and anticipate future resource and capacity needs
Provide strategic lens to PR opportunities (speaking, engagements, event attendance)
Manage President & CEO social media platforms and content
Attend client events with President & CEO as day-of manager and relationship builder
Qualifications
Degree in business, project management, communications or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Strong skillset in project management
Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changes
Superior organization skills including attention to detail, documentation, and reporting
Ability to maintain confidentiality to sensitive information
Construction industry experience is a plus
