Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Operations Manager (m/f/d) at our Bluffview location in Bad Homburg

What you'll be doing - your responsibilities with us:
Monitoring and documenting operational processes and data generated
Coordinating and monitoring personnel and bus deployment, including providing necessary information
Assisting in coordinating operations during accidents, detours, staff shortages, and bus malfunctions, including with external parties
Serving as a point of contact for bus drivers
Performing driving duties
Refueling buses and replenishing supplies
Receiving and forwarding external information to the appropriate parties
Assisting the operations team as needed
Supporting in carrying out operational tasks
Ensuring on-site safety

What you'll bring - your profile:
Experience in driving and knowledge of transportation regulations, tariff systems, driving and shift time regulations, route maps, operation of ticket printers, and vehicle technology
Experience as an operations manager preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of IVU-Plan desired
Minimum qualification as a bus transport specialist and/or certified master for road transport
Excellent command of German language, both written and spoken
Strong team player
Willingness to work 24-hour shifts
Reliability and confidentiality
