    THE ROLE

    As we continue to build the world's best productivity brand, we are expanding our Neutonic team and are therefore seeking an experienced Brand Operations Manager to oversee the whole end-to-end operations for the brand.

    This role requires some seriously hot project management skills, a sharp commercial mindset, and a razor sharp eye for detailed execution.


    Responsibilities:
    Work with in-house ecommerce, content and supply chain teams to deliver new launches, re-stocks and campaigns on time.


    Deploy visibility and insight across all the various projects that are running simultaneously i.e content, retail activations, new product launches, partnerships etc.

    Drive operational excellence by streamlining and optimizing commercial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for process improvement.

    Design, coordinate and deliver the project roadmaps for all upcoming commercial activity and launches.

    Support the Neutonic brand in planning and prioritising resource to deliver key results.

    Regularly report on performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement strategies.

    Identify potential risks in commercial operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.


    Ideal Skills + Experience:
    2 years experience working as a Commercially astute Operations Manager. Good knowledge of ecommerce, social media and online business management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in the use of business intelligence tools and technology solutions.
