Role Overview:

As the Regional Operations Manager of MOKA Coffee in the Madison area, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of eight locations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.

Your leadership will drive growth, profitability, and the advancement of our brand within the community.


Responsibilities:

Operational Management:


  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
  • Conduct regular visits to each drivethru coffee shop to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with store managers to address operational challenges, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Financial Performance:


  • Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements and sales data, to identify trends, forecast performance, and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with store managers to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manages Labor budgets with leaders with the direction from Senior Leadership

Leadership and Team Development:


  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to store managers and their teams, fostering a positive work culture and empowering employees to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.

Community Engagement and Brand Promotion:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador within the community, building relationships with local stakeholders, and participating in community events and initiatives to promote brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multiunit management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and delivering financial results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to travel between locations as needed and work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
