- Operational Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Conduct regular visits to each drive-thru coffee shop to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with store managers to address operational challenges, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Financial Performance:
- Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements and sales data, to identify trends, forecast performance, and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Work closely with store managers to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manages Labor budgets with leaders with the direction from Senior Leadership
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to store managers and their teams, fostering a positive work culture and empowering employees to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
- Community Engagement and Brand Promotion:
- Serve as a brand ambassador within the community, building relationships with local stakeholders, and participating in community events and initiatives to promote brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and delivering financial results.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed and work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
