- This position is based out of the Citrus Construction Miramar office.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing teams and complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Ability to travel to various properties within Florida and potentially nationally.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems for each property and fulfillment center to manage and replenish supplies efficiently.
- Assess and address the material needs of each property, ensuring timely procurement and cost efficiency. - Select, set up, and manage a warehouse facility in the Tampa area, with scalability for national expansion.
- Create and oversee a requisition process, integrating suitable software solutions for streamlined operations.
- Lead, hire, and manage a team of warehouse workers and delivery personnel, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to tailor the distribution process to the specific needs of each property.
- Monitor supply chain performance, identifying and implementing improvements and cost saving measures
- Prepare for the expansion of warehouse operations, including equipment and staff requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all warehouse and distribution activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular reports to senior management
- Proactive and strategic mindset with an ability to anticipate future needs and challenges.
