Description
We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Document Management Clerk.

As a Document Management Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to support the storage, organization, and retrieval of company documents.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
File, scan, and catalog all incoming and outgoing documents.
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system, ensuring that all documents are properly labeled and stored.
Retrieve and provide requested documents to team members in a timely manner.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Assist in the implementation of document management software and workflows.
Monitor and track document revisions and updates.
Coordinate with external vendors for document distribution and storage.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in using document management software and tools.
