    Procurement Coordinator - Anchorage, United States - NANA Regional Corp

    Job DescriptionThe Procurement Coordinator will assist with administrative activities managed through collaboration with Procurement, Quality Team, Document Control and Engineering in support of Procurement operations.*This position qualifies for the NANA Worley Employee Referral Program, available only to current NANA Worley employees.Responsibilities
    • Providedirect support for Engineering requisition processing for the COPA Program.
    • Support Engineering and Procurement departments with the processing of Material Requisitions.
    • Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, document control, Quality, and vendors.
    • Attend procurement, requisition, and project meetings.
    • Create and provide reports to project team
    • Track and monitor development of requisitions to meet project schedules
    • Initiate, route, and maintain requisition review cycles
    • Review requisition packages to verify all redlines have been incorporated
    • Provide quality checks on requisition packages and verify check sets have been completed and staged for historical retrieval
    • Administer and electronically distribute specified reports to Clients and/or engineering staff members.
    • Maintain copies of all documentation in Project folder to be included in Project Closeout procedures.
    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum five (5) years industry related experience; specific to Supply Chain activities.
    • Experience must include Oil & Gas industry specific training and working knowledge.
    • Active member in supply chain management or related associations preferred.
    Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals and reports.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, Inspectors, or members of the business community.
