    About the Role:

    Interested in the role of Director Global Sales Operations Performance & Compensation at CrowdStrike? As a Director, you'll be an essential part of the Global Sales Operations team, reporting to the VP of Global Sales Operations. Your main role will be working closely with sales leadership teams, building relationships, planning for business growth, and enhancing company outcomes.

    What You'll Do:

    Annual Planning Quota Deployment

    • Collaborate to establish annual sales quotas based on business objectives
    • Develop a plan for deploying quotas across regions and teams

    Fiscal Quota deployment for New Employee Onboarding and Internal Promotions

    • Work closely with different teams to deploy quotas for new hires
    • Ensure timely communication of quota assignment

    In Fiscal Quota Adjustments

    • Monitor sales performance and identify discrepancies
    • Facilitate fiscal quota adjustments for various scenarios

    Spiff Program Deployment & Management

    • Collaborate to design and deploy Spiff programs
    • Ensure programs follow guidelines with proper documentation and communication

    Establish Governance Framework for Quota Disputes and Commissions Claims

    • Develop a framework to address disputes and claims
    • Act as the main contact for resolving disputes
    • Outline processes and policies for quota deployment coverage
    • Outline the auditing process for disputes and claims

    Partnership with Global Sales Commissions Team

    • Align quota and commissions processes
    • Provide data to support commissions calculations and payments
    • Define sales compensation plans tailored to different roles

    Collaboration with Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Align quota deployment with company-wide sales strategies
    • Provide insights for strategic decision-making

    Oversee Global Data & Analytics for attainment in CrowdStrike commissions platform

    • Track and analyze sales performance data
    • Develop reporting dashboards for monitoring sales attainment

    Ensure accuracy of quota information across core systems and tools

    • Work closely with forecasting teams to ensure accurate quota deployment
    • Facilitate onboarding processes for seamless integration of quota data
    • Monitor accuracy of quota information in forecasting tools

    What You'll Need:

    • Proven ability to think strategically and plan effectively
    • Ability to challenge the status quo and develop solutions
    • Bright, creative, analytical, and dedicated
    • Unquestionable integrity and credibility
    • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to establish strong partnerships and relationships
    • 7-10+ years of experience managing quota setting process
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
    • Experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Finance
    • Knowledge of sales principles and practices
    • Strong working knowledge of data and visualization tools
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Record of driving change management and achieving support
    • Initiative-taking high energy and positive management style
