Experienced Dynamics CRM practitioner with over 150 end to end implementation projects completed. Initial as a functional business analyst, moving into the role of Solution Architect. Helped clients implement Sales, Service, Project Service Automation and Field Services modules in various industries including media, pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, professional services, and manufacturing. The projects varied from rollouts to only tens of users to many thousands of users each. 

Drive and conduct business process review and (re-)design in many projects using design thinking techniques to ensure the solution will support the new processes to gain maximum ROI on the client investment. Focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and customer impact from the solution and rolling out the Minimal Viable Product as quickly as possible. Real world feedback and agile development drives user satisfaction and business value.

Dynamics 365 CRM solutions do not exist in a vacuum and are frequently integrated with other systems. Personally designed and implemented complex integrations has been a key aspect of most projects.

Since the release of the Power Platform also sold and implemented many Power Apps as well as Power BI projects. Collaborating with clients on definition of their Key Performance Indicators and collecting data into PowerBI using dataflows from on premise and online resources to create insightful dashboards and reports.

Client satisfaction is key, and many clients have been returning for additional services because of the quality of the work and relationships built during the initial project execution.
