Responsibilities:


  • Build, implement, and maintain robust operational systems
  • Manage hospitality General Managers, Director of Finance, Events, Marketing & Partnerships lead, Culinary Director and other operational team members.
  • Develop and monitor key operational metrics that gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational processes.
  • Report regularly to the President on the progress of strategic goals and operational performance.
  • Direct the financial operations of both companies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Provide leadership and vision to the operations teams by fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and mentor staff, nurturing a skilled management team capable of executing operational strategies.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 710 years of progressive operational management experience, with a proven track record in senior roles within either the financial services or hospitality sectors, ideally both.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and business development, with the skills to implement strategies that enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Experience in designing and refining operational systems that streamline operations and support business growth.
  • Experience in overseeing financial operations
  • Exceptional financial competency, with extensive experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, financial analysis, and largescale financial management.
  • Excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects and deadlines.

Pay:
$145, $185,000.00 per year
