- Maintain and manage project status reports and Workback Schedule inside Azure Dev Ops (PEARL).
- Organize meetings to set expectations with team and client, and continually report on progress and next steps.
- Be proactive and ensure a constant flow of information for the internal team and external audiences, Microsoft Teams, email, etc.
- Manage SMEs and Senior Stakeholders and expectations.
- Track multiple digital assets across various projects using Azure Dev Ops, MS Teams & SharePoint.
- Perceive potential issues and problem-solve, redirect, or refocus when needed.
- Respond to client and/or project turbulence with humor, agility, and improvisation.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and are a self-starter.
- Previous Microsoft experience is a plus.
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- PMP or CAPM certified, or strong interested and desire to become PMP or CAPM certified.
- Three (3) + years' experience within sales enablement organization as project manager
- Prior experience with Azure DevOps or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Challenger sales methodology or similar a plus.
- Ability to manage a high volume of content assets of various types in different stages of production.
- An agile (not waterfall) mindset and comfort working in a technology-savvy environment.
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to prioritize your actions.
- Ability to move fluidly between a strategic approach and tactical actions, and tailor your communications to key stakeholders based on their altitude-level.
- Conflict resolutions skills and confidence to have difficult conversations respectfully, and constructively.
- Relentless discipline to complete projects on client timelines and within scope, keeping impact to both the audience and the business in mind.
- Prior experience with sales enablement and seller audiences.
