Your Responsibilities

Do you have a completed education or have you completed a degree in the field of wood technology? In addition, have you already gained some experience in construction and are now ready to take the next step on the career ladder? Then our 12-month trainee program is just right for you.

During this time, you will have a personal mentor who will support you. In addition, there will be regular feedback discussions to exchange ideas.

Not to forget: After completing the trainee program, you will have the opportunity for a permanent position in the general contracting division of the REINHOLD KELLER Group with further diverse development opportunities.

As a start, you will first receive a comprehensive overview of the structures, business areas, and infrastructure of our globally operating company. Then you will get to know the individual departments and receive coaching from your experienced team. Special attention will be paid to the internal interaction between general contracting and carpentry.
From the beginning, you will be involved in project work - with a direct reference to carpentry.
You will take on your own tasks and projects with increasing responsibility.
Communication and project management (for carpentry) will gradually become part of your responsibilities.
You will get to know different departments and be involved in day-to-day business
