Over the course of my extensive 20-year career as a school principal and leader, I have developed a wealth of experience in overseeing educational institutions. Much like a CEO or division head, I have taken on a multifaceted role that encompasses various responsibilities. These include managing budgets, ensuring the achievement of academic learning goals, and leading diverse teams of staff members. Moreover, I have placed great emphasis on fostering a positive climate within the schools I have led, prioritizing the cultivation of meaningful relationships at the core. This holistic approach to leadership has allowed me to create nurturing environments where students and staff thrive, resulting in successful educational outcomes. I have a Master's degree in Education Administration from City University of Seattle, which has provided me with a strong educational foundation in leadership and management. Additionally, I have pursued doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership, completing over two years of coursework. This comprehensive education has equipped me with the skills to align a shared vision, drive teams towards goal achievement, and cultivate a fulfilling work environment. While my background has primarily been in the education industry, I am now open to exploring organizational leadership opportunities in diverse sectors beyond education.
