Greg DiGrandi

I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, Massage Therapist and a Non Traditional Student pursuing a BS Degree in Exercise Science/ Pre Physical Therapy. My goal is to become a practicing DPT Physical Therapist. I am very health conscious and I lead a very healthy lifestyle. I follow the philosophy of Hippocrates ”Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” I have 16 years Personal Training Experience and 12 years experience as a Massage Therapist. I have also worked in the Rehab fields of Physical and Occupational Therapy as a non degreed Technician. Besides being a Personal Fitness Trainer I also have specializations in Corrective Exercise and Group Personal Fitness Training through the NASM organization. I have much experience working with all age groups and many levels of Physical and Mental capability. I have much experience with The Special Needs Population having worked at many Easter Seals and Privately owned Summer Residential Camps. My passion in life is helping others heal, recover from injuries and reach their physical goals.

Sixteen Years Personal Fitness Training with many private fitness organizations and some National Chains. 
 

Twelve Years Massage Therapy Experience with many private clientele and I worked for a Chiropractor in SW Michigan. 

My last college attended was Texas A&M @ Corpus Christ where I was pursuing my BS Degree in Exercise Science/ Pre Physical Therapy. I have completed 70 semester hours and my GPA is around a 3.40.
