    Project Manager

    Location:
    Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Redmond, WA or Colorado Springs, CO
    About The Role
    This role will be responsible for working with senior management to plan, resource, manage and deliver strategic, organization-wide projects. A critical focus of this role will be ensuring actions and decisions are ROI-centric throughout the project lifecycle.

    The successful candidate will be adept at achieving alignment across all levels of the organization and have the ability to effectively present information that aligns to a cohesive narrative.

    Compensation Range:
    $88,200 - $113,256, depending on location.
    Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations.

    Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


    What You'll Do:
    Lead projects from requirements definition through to launch, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
    Engage, influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization to drive proper prioritization, documentation and analysis to reach the desired business outcomes
    Make effective, ROI-led decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
    Report project outcomes and/or risks to relevant stakeholders and escalate issues, as needed
    Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
    Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure project requirements can be met
    Establish and maintain relationships with relevant project team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes
    Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
    Work with trainers to coordinate training and delivery with departments impacted by a project, as relevant
    Lead project retrospectives which include analysis on what areas could be optimized for future projects
    Manage change requests post-implementation, as needed

    What You'll Bring:
    Project management experience, with a strong focus on data-driven decision which maximize ROI
    Ability to execute successful projects requiring interaction and influence at multiple organizational levels, with a preference for individual with experience working in PE-owned environment
    Ability to understand and analyze data sets to discern trends and recommend actions
    Exceptional presentation skills with proven ability to create clean, crisp visual aides which communicate a cohesive narrative
    Demonstrated track record of working directly with executive team members
    Ability to prioritize, handle changing workloads, and exhibit professionalism under varying circumstances
    Problem solver, must possess excellent judgment skills & be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    Fast learner with a passion for processes and multi tasking

    Education And Experience:
    Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience executing the responsibilities outlined above (additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
    Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
    Experience using Smartsheet (nice to have)

    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
