    Description

    Contract Administrator

    6 Months contract with possibility of extension

    Location - San Jose (Hybrid)

    Rate - $25 to $35 per hour

    Overview: We are seeking a talented Contract Administrator (Contractor), you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team with a high level of independence, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the contract lifecycle using Client's automated systems, CMS, and eCMS.
    • Process all DocuSign requests. Provide general support for the legal department.
    • Manage and process incoming/outgoing mail for Client's legal department as required.
    • Respond to contract requests Process departmental expenses and other approval requests using electronic approval systems Manage and process outside counsel and vendor invoices, and update and manage relevant tracking systems.
    • Review standard form NDAs, including but not limited to Consulting Agreements, Service Agreements, and other form Agreements Ability to work independently and collaboratively to set and accomplish strategic goals.

    Functional Activities:

    • Respond to contract requests
    • Process departmental expenses and other approval requests using electronic approval systems
    • Manage and process outside counsel and vendor invoices, and update and manage relevant tracking systems.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Contract Administratior tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
    • Awareness of software (CMS, and eCMS)

    Industry Specific Experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
    • Bachelor or AA degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

    Hybrid Work: This role is Hybrid within the US, with availability required from 8 AM to 5 PM in the candidate's local time zone.

    Interview Process:

    • Behavioral and situational questions
    • Request for case studies or work samples
    • Scenario-based questions
    • Technical questioning on CA tools and processes
