We're looking for a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our growing legal team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate and administer agreements for goods and services.

Coordinate with legal, finance, business development, marketing, and product management teams on contract administration issues.

Enforce company contract policies and procedures.

Manage and track all executed agreements.

Assist in reviewing requests for proposals and responding to client requests for information.

Prepare and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, standard commercial agreements and other legal documents, working closely with internal teams as needed.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required

4+ years of technology-related contracting preferred, including contract management, negotiation, administration and/or paralegal work, preferably in SaaS.

Effective communication skills, good business judgment, and the ability to work with all levels within the company.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.


DESIRED SKILLS:
Strong computer skills on standard desktop applications.
QuickBase experience a plus
