    Position Summary

    The Sales Manager Reports directly to the Division President and is responsible for the coordination and management of the new home sales and marketing within multiple developments in accordance with Rausch Coleman Homes' standards and processes.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Division President and sales leadership team in assuring objectives, margins, goals and budget are met
    • Recruit, hire, train, manage, and motivate sales team to exceed monthly sales goals
    • Provide ongoing coaching through leadership, encouragement, and constructive feedback
    • Deliver positive customer experience by providing exceptional customer service
    • Co-lead weekly division sales meetings with sales leadership team
    • Attend community meetings and meet weekly with Sales Professionals
    • Uphold and exemplify company core values at all times
    • Collaborate with the Traffic (Marketing) Department to drive traffic to our model homes and store fronts
    • Launch new communities, model homes, and grand openings
    • Compile competitive analysis on product, price points, people, and promotions
    • Control expenditures and approve payroll for sales team members
    • Additional duties as required
    Requirements
    • 2+ years of experience in managing, motivating and training a team of sales professionals
    • Top producing sales professional with a track record of success
    • Ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Competitive, team player as well as team builder with a positive attitude
    • Demonstrated eagerness to "go the extra mile" to achieve goals and objectives
    • Advanced understanding of the mortgage processing lifecycle and consumer credit scores
    • Strong skill in practical math and computer business application usage
    Physical Demands
    • Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and frequently moving small objects
    • Frequently sitting for long periods of time
    • Walking or standing occasionally
    • Works in both and indoor and outdoor conditions
    • Must have manual use of hands and vision to use a computer, iPad, or handheld device
