    • Sales Planning Manger in Bentonville


    Job Descriptio

    • nAnalyze retailer sell-through results based on weekly sales data and recaps
    • .Analyze opportunities and risks at the style level during pre-season, in-season, and post-season and provide recommendations for in-season changes and pre-season assortment plans to ensure maximization of sales
    • .Manage inventory accuracy, excess inventory, slow moving and aging inventory, and coordinate corrective actions in a timely fashion
    • .Prepares reports to track inventory assessment, communicates store inventory concerns proactively, assists in developing and executing a recovery plan as required
    • .Develop strategic partnerships with top customers, Supply Chain (Supply and Demand Planning), and Customer Forecasting key contacts with a focus on improving customer forecast accuracy and ensuring proper inventory replenishment to maximize sales and retail in-stock conditions, while ensuring inventory efficiency and supply reliability

    .
    Qualificatio

    • nsBachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related fiel
    • d.5 – 10 years of sales operations, sales solutions, forecasting, and/or inventory management experienc
    • e.Experience in Sales planner experience at Walma
    • rtStrong analytical, problem solving, and project management skill
    • s.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
    • s.Excel, Salesforce, SQL relational databases and BI tools like Power B
