The company has leading market positions in its respective categories and owns the #1 intimate wellness device brand in U.S. retail. BWB has distribution at nearly all major food, drug, and mass retailers and a growing e-commerce business. The company owns three main best-in-class brands and operates with a focus on quality, innovation, and speed-to-market. The business was founded in 2001. In 2021, private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners invested in Clio as its foundational investment in an intimate wellness platform – thus the formation of Beacon Wellness Brands.

    Position Description:

    Reporting into the Director, Digital Marketing, the Coordinator, Digital Marketing is responsible for supportingand executing digital marketing strategies to enhance BWB brands and drive profitable digital revenue growth across the US and select international markets.

    The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled at meeting deadlines and project managing and possess a data-driven, analytical skill set.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Execution:

    • Support and execute media buying, content and reporting direct response paid digital media tactics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Adwords, programmatic display and video, etc.)
    • Support and execute all national growth marketing campaigns (e.g. search, social, display, video, affiliate) in collaboration with an external digital agency
    • Support and execute all account-specific marketing campaigns (e.g. Amazon search & display, Walmart search & display, amongst others)
    • Lead requests and project management with the Creative and Social teams on Paid Social, Display and other marketing content, providing feedback and direction to make the most effective creative based on persona, messaging intent, and KPIs

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Support and execute data-driven analyses of growth marketing campaigns and e-commerce sales via monthly scorecards and ad hoc
    • Monitor trends and share consumer insights with senior management to inform marketing plan and innovation plan optimizations
    • Keep up with digital marketing trends and think strategically & creatively about new ways to introduce PPI Brands to new customers and increase relevance

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1 year Media buying/hands on keyboard or digital media agency experience required
    • Knowledge of Social and eCommerce/CMS platforms is a plus
    • Hands-on understanding of Paid Media, Paid Social, Paid Search, Display channels, and how they work together at different stages of the funnel
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external 3rd parties
    • Ability to influence others and provide guidance to team members
    • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and understanding of analysis methods
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively
    • Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills and attention to detail
    • Proven project management and multi-tasking skills
    • High level of ambition and ability to work autonomously
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
