    Looking for a high energy Leader how believes in delivering a great experience for team members, guests, and the community.

    Summary:

    The Sous Chef is in charge of food production, food quality and kitchen cleanliness and safety. He/she also supports the Executive Chef by completing projects as directed.

    A high passion for food quality, safety and sanitation, and development of their team.

    Responsibilities:

    Job Duties:

    Responsible for delivering great food to the Guest

    Ensures adherence to all recipes guidelines to provide consistent quality, proper presentation technique and food safety standards

    Operates all kitchen equipment safely and correctly.

    Follows facility and chefs safe food handling guidelines.

    Follows all sanitation and nutrition practices.

    Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum3 years High Level Sous Chef / Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume restaurant
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and make a positive impact
    • Strong communication
