- BA/BS from an accredited university/college.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in progressive sales/business development roles or leadership roles in a healthcare staffing sales or post-acute care setting.
- Solid and progressive leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work with sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Ability to build and foster relationships, both internally and externally
- Proven record of exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales plans and execute on expected revenue growth and profitability.
- Thrive in an environment that is dynamic and evolving.
- Ability to adapt quickly and pivot to new strategies as needed.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Participate in company operational meetings.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, maintain active driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance upon request.
- Travel required (up to 40%).
- Experience in long term care.
