    With over 75 years of experience, we're the top dogs in providing on-board airline products and services. From catering to on-board retail and entertainment, we've got it all covered.

    Our Human Resources Admin role is the primary point of contact for all things HR-related. From onboarding new employees to maintaining employee records, this position is crucial to our success. Plus, we offer on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented work environment.

    How You'll Make a Difference

    • Prepare orientation packages and assist with orientation
    • Initiate background checks and drug screens
    • Assisting with employee benefits administration, such as enrolling new employees and answering benefits-related questions
    • Assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, such as posting job listings and scheduling interviews
    • Helping to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations

    What you should have for this role:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2-4 years of experience in human resources preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Strong communication skills
