    Position Summary:
    Reporting to the VP Commercial responsible for the growth and sustainment of the organization's national sales through organic growth, new market development, input to new
    product development, and development of major clients and Key customers.

    This position is responsible for increasing visibility and relationships in their traditional industries while focusing on expansion into new markets.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Creation, ownership, and execution of Business Development strategy.
    Weekly generation and analysis of KPIs, including concise and definable recovery plans.
    Implementation and management of customer lifecycle. Proactively finds new ways to build customer business,
    Identify new opportunities, manage and grow accounts. Responds to and follows up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

    Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

    Work with estimating team to develop winning strategies on individual sales opportunities.
    Participate in significant bid review meetings to provide insight and input on market intelligence.
    Support management of Group's internet presence and social media platforms.
    Travel throughout the Gulf Region to meet with Clients and Prospective Clients to build and maintain relationships.
    Organize and attend trade shows as budgeted for the year and coordinate Group's participation in said shows.

    Oversee the set-up and deployment of an electronic CRM system (SalesForce) for the organization to allow for real-time updates to Sales activities by all team members.

    Provide weekly activity reports to VP Commercial.
    Participate in Sales/Progress meetings as required.
    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the VP Commercial.

    Working Relationships
    Reporting directly to the VP Commercial.

    Working with the General Managers of Groups' Companies, other region sales leaders and other functional departments, including Estimating, Fabrication & Field Construction.

    Working with applicable industry groups and outside sales agencies

    Qualifications
    Related Diploma/Certificate/Degree preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years related experience.
    Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
    Excellent written communication skills, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition.
    Strong employee relations, interpersonal and communication skills.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented and results-oriented environment.
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    Well organized and highly motivated.
    Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality.
