Job DescriptionAre you currently looking for a full-time position in the outdoor industry? Petzl America is seeking an experienced, detail oriented, customer service representative to work with our Sport and Professional Customer Service teams.
The CSS Rep will provide sales support and in-house account management, in partnership with external sales reps, for the North American Petzl customer base. This includes phone and electronic communication support to prospective dealers, retail employees, and retail customers. The position will work closely with other territory CSS representatives, independent external sales Reps, and the internal sales team to provide front line assistance with in-bound orders, product questions, delivery status, technical information, and after sales support. They will develop a strong working relationship with Reps and Retailers and be the main backup support for other CSS reps.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate has experience not only in account management, sales and customer service but experience in the vertical world. We are looking for a candidate who projects an unwavering positive attitude and maturity. Superior accuracy, proofreading & communication skills are also highly desired.
The position is full-time, non-exempt and qualifies for a full range of company benefits. Our workplace environment and policies truly reflect our commitment to being a great place to work. This job is located in Petzl America's Platinum LEED certified building, located at 2929 Decker Lake Drive, Salt Lake City, UT.
