- Oversees day to day store activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensures resources are used efficiently to optimize processes
- Visits stores to ensure safety, cleanliness, processes, and culture are maintained to Holiday standards
- Leads team of store managers across multiple convenience stores assigned within a particular established region
- May assist with covering other areas as needed
- Will become subject matter expert in a specialized areas to drive programs such as safety, timekeeping, etc.
- Understands community served and engages with vendors to in Communities philosophy
- Develops and implements strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Ensures stores maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensures hiring and training of quality of Store Managers and Assistant Managers
- Drives store manager performance and development through training, coaching and performance related activities
- Monitors training activities in Learning Management System to ensure training is reaching area team members
- Monitors and analyzes store metrics and takes corrective action as necessary
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitors expenses to ensure they fall within budgeted guidelines to achieve operational goals
- Implements marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
- Manages and drives sales goals through store leadership in all categories including C-Store, gallons, carwash, pastry, and fast-food course correcting as needed
- Ensures repairs and maintenance are managed at or below budget
- Meets established KPIs for store controls including inventory, cash, product quality, and stock levels
- Performs other duties related to ensure business needs are addressed
